Hoax Or Not?

Supposedly this is a real cat, the name being Cy short for Cyclops. The article I have linked at the bottom argues that this is a real animal with the condition named "Holoprosencephaly." I don't know whether I'm just too tired, or my hatred of all things feline, that is stopping me from debating this in my head.
